Thanks for dropping by. This website is meant to highlight the basic thoughts that pass through my mind of what I’m thinking about and what I’m up to.

After living in Europe for the decade of my life, the urge became strong to return to my home country of Canada to start and share my experiences that I have gathered abroad. I left Canada in 2002 as an eager music student looking to expand my knowledge and practice of Baroque music. My path led me to study an MBA at Nyenrode Business University in the Netherlands and subsequently start a consulting firm while there. Now I am based in Toronto, starting some new and continuing some old ventures from my Amsterdam days.

Once bitten by the entrepreneurial bug, it is hard to go back. My eyes are wide open to the possibilities that Canada has to offer. I am fascinated with the concepts global arbitrage, customization and added value. To this extent, I have cultivated a world-wide network of partners to help manifest these concepts into my company, David Woolfrey Productions. The company is about creating exceptional value for Canadians by tapping into the skills, talents and knowledge of my partners from around the world in marketing, sourcing, and production.

The perspective of a world-view cannot be underestimated. The world is flat and technology has broken down many of the barriers that kept us apart.
